Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on process improvement, CRM administration, project management, and business systems analysis. Kris is known for her ability to identify operational challenges, design scalable solutions, and create standardized processes that enhance both client service and internal productivity.
Prior to joining Meramec Financial Planners, Kris held leadership and operational roles with EPIC Retirement Plan Services. She successfully managed enterprise technology platforms, partnered with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives, and helped drive organizational efficiency through process redesign and system integration. Her expertise in workflow architecture, data governance, and business process optimization enables her to support the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
